Default New tire time. Anyone ran g-Force sport?

Hey guys, I am needing some new tires come spring time. I wish I could get the TTMs i want with some fatties but those will have to wait. So I am just gonna throw new tires on the stockers. I did a bunch of searching and based upon reviews and specs I am thinking I will do the bfgoodrich g force sport high performance summers.

Has anyone ran these? How is the treadwear? Grip? Wet and dry? I read a bunch of reviews on tirerack but would appreciate additional input. Thanks J

The Sports are a nice tire, and what was on my TA when I bought it. After reading reviews I think my next set I'm going to try BFG Super Sport A/S's. They look to be a bit better, and I like the tread design more.

^ What he asked and my car is a daily and I've had my NT555's (not the "R's") for about a year now and still have close to half tread still on them but I do pick what roads I will and will not take though which IMHO has helped me out a little bit.

in nice weather it is my dd. currently in her nest for the winter. tread depth on current tires is gone. I do drive spirited sometimes* and i want a good gripping wet/dry tire.

If you don't have to drive it in winter weather you can lean more towards a higher performance tire, with the sacrifice of longevity. At least, you have more options without it being a daily commuter car.

I ran that tire when I was bolt ons only.
Worst tire I've ever ran. I spun them so bad once I lost control and hit a curb. I was going about 20.

i used 285 on the rear and 275 up front. They're an ok daily driver tire, which means they last a good time for burnouts and stuff. Don't grip that well, but i'd say better than most. good bang for buck
