what parts do you need to convert a 5177 to a wet kit? Helping a freind of mine do an install on his 98 camaro.
He has a cam, lid and longtubes/loudmouth
starting to think he doesnt have enough injector (or pump) for a good size shot.
think he'll be around 380rwhp, so i told him he might want to only go with a 75 or 50
he would like to be running a 100 shot, so i told him he might want to go wet.
what parts do you need to convert the 5177 to a wet kit
and how much does it cost.
also how much can you get out of the 98 injectors?

NX actually makes a wet kit conversion. It includes a fuel solenoid, a line to go from the shrader valve to the solenoid and from the solenoid to the nozzle, a new nozzle(you'll need one), and jets. I think they sell it for $245.

TNT aslo sells a nice conversion kit.
I have it, and after using it for quite some time, I combined it with the NOS 5177 to make a very lethal dual stage. Making well over 600 rwhp the only fuel system change is a Walboro intank pump.
TNT states that if you use their kit with more than the 100 shot, to upgrade your fuel pump, but the injectors are more than enough.
