Default Physical Dimensions of LS7 lifters

I bought a built 5.3 shortblock from a speed shop in Texas. The build sheet said it had LS7 lifters. I pulled them and compared them to a stock set of
5.3s and couldn't see any visable difference. Is the difference strictly internal?

The difference in ls7 lifters lies in the cup at the top of the lifter where your pushrod sits.

That makes me feel better. I expected more of a difference and was a little alarmed with what I found.

Thanks Predator. I didn't look at that particular dimension while comparing. The shop has a reputation for building good motors and doing honest business. I expected to see a real obvious difference.
