Default MN12 vent tube, part number?

I ordered a "transmission vent tube" from gmpartshouse.com and they sent me the steel 90° nipple that presses into the case. I need the black plastic vent tube that strings forward and is retained on a midplate bolt. The the black one in Merv's picture..

Thanks in advance, and if anyone has one laying around, I'll buy it.. Need tube and the white deal in the end, mine got melted when welding the new trans tunnel in.

Tremec calls it a Breather Tube and has a p/n of 1386-572-001. Check with a Tremec parts dealer/sponsor for pricing and availability.

any idea if you can pick up just the breather valve for the end?

I got Dorman 14689 as a suggestion but not sure if that'll fit

I got a decent parts guy yesterday at a different dealership in town and we found it. tube with vent deal on end was $38. I did not catch the part numbers though, will get them off the package when it comes on Wednesday.

Yep. https://ls1tech.com/forums/13955359-post4.htm

That 14689 and use of a Dorman PCV tube assy will let you make a short one. Nothing wrong with rubber hose either; just have to hold it up w/ the stock bellhousing bolt clip.
