Default Drive by Wire conversion....

My SS is going to be the test bed for a drive by wire conversion for the 4th Gen F-Body. Mosport Speed Shop is putting together a drive by wire conversion kit complete with a individualized tune (hand held). More info as the project matures.

I don't understand what makes it special? I have seen plenty of 4th gen cars with swaps, and electronic throttle is no big deal either.
So what opinions are you looking for?

x2. Besides the fact that it's been done before, I can't really think of any benefit over DBC. If you were doing a Gen-IV swap, it would make more sense, but just swapping to DBW? I don't get it.
