Default Do you think these tails can be polished back to brand new?

I am looking at these tail lights to replace my passenger light that is taking on water.

Do you think that they can be sanded and polished so that they look brand new again or do you think that they are too far gone?

I would just try polishing them, no need for really sanding as they don't look bad.

^ That's all I would do really is just polish them out with some type plastic polish. Best stuff I have found for stuff like that would be Meguires PlastiX.

Those look in very good shape to me.... I would just use a plastic polish and call it a day.
