Power Steering problem
Well last night we got a couple inches of snow here in Atlanta and for some reason I have lost my power steering. It happen as I was sliding through the snow my wheel were cut all the way to the left and after I regained control there was no more power steering. So I got out and checked the fluid level and it was low so I bought some and added it but is still didn't help, so it doesn't appear to be a leak, b/c its retaining fluid. Do you guys think it could be the pump itself???? I hate that it had to happen while it was snowing.

Year/model?
We had a recall for a power steering hose leak on the 05 GXPs. Low power steering fluid level can damage the pump as the pump runs continually and needs the fluid for cooling. Could have been starved for oil.
If your level was low, there's most likely a leak somewhere in the system.
