My question is with the single plane carb intake there is no need for injectors, but i was thinkin about going the turbo route and running injectors. Now my question is is there a injector harness included with the MSD box and harness? Or would i need to have one made? And how would that be hooked up if there is no computer? Would it just go to the MSD box? Help me out guys pls.

If your running Fuel injection, you would just run a factory computer, no need for the box. The MSD box is there for those of us controling the fuel with a carb, but needing a way to fire the coils without a factory computer. You would just put the intake, an elbow, and a tb, or a 4 bbl tb on your motor, and run it with your factory computer. Although, by the time your done, it would be easier, and more efficent for what your doing to run an aftermarket plastic intake IMHO. Eric L

As far as I know, MSD does not make any EFI box. The 6010/6012 (LS1/LS2 control box) does not control EFI, they are strictly for controlling spark.
You could use the MSD box to control boost referenced spark when using a blow-thru carb/turbo setup.
To run electronic fuel injectors, you would need a OEM computer or something like a BS3, Motec, FAST, etc etc.

oh ok i see. thanks guys.
as far a running a composite manifold vs a single plane y would a composite style b more efficient? the car would be used 100% for drag only and high rpms.

In that case, I guess you could go with the single plane. The single plane seems to shine at higher RPMs while giving up some mid range torque. Eric L

The Victor Jr out flows nearly every intake made for 1200 dollars and under, if some one uses it for EFI with a TB, it workd bad ass if you arent using a sharp elbow, many N/A cars run them as well, they are some of the fastest only second to sheet metal intakes.

yea. i see alot of turbo cars running victor jr's at the track. along with wilson manifolds. but after searching in the FI section it seems that alot of people prefer the edelbrok Pro Flow XT over their victor jr. i guess ill just have alot of trial and error on my hands

Yep, that is an exception from the Vic Jr, it is a tunnel ram, not composite and is nothing like a traditional LS1 intake.

im hearing the pro flow\tunel ram efi does very well under psig. thats what i would look into if i was going efi forced induction. or a super victor with 90* elbow.
or a basic ls6 works very also.
MM has gone 8s with it, among others who have broke single digits with it at the track and made very high rwhp

i seen the turbo motor u have on ur profile. did u go blow thru or use the 90 on top of the super vic?
