Anyone have pics? I just ordered rims for my DD and want to see how high its gonna be. Searched and no real good pics with 18's all around.

Here is a shot of mine on 18x10.5 Z06 replica's. Stock springs. If i lowered it, would have clearance issues probably. I like the way it looks now. And on mine, i think the drivers side sits a touch higher than the passenger side..typical fbody lean.

If you get the appropriate tire overall height will be the same, and ride height and clearance should be unaffected.

I thought it looked lower too, but i doubt that it has the "SLP option" springs you are speaking of, it' a Z28---SS Clone car, previous owner did the parts swap. He did have lowering springs on it, but he sold those and put the factory springs back on it. The tires are 27" as opposed to the factory 26" though, so that eats up some wheelwell.

Will this cause problems with the car other than a slightly off calibration on the speedometer and odometer? I wanted some tires to fill up the wheel well a little

MY car is a 1LE so I have stiffer springs and Koni's but I DD (70 miles round trip) it on CA freeways so too low and its gonna get painful. I am going with the 275-40-18 tires cause I got a good deal for Pirellis and I have the tires on my boxster and they have been up to par.
