I am having an error saying that I need .NET framework 2.0 but I cant seem to get it to DL on windows 7. Please help me install this thing so I can start using it.
I have searched and searched....no luck in finding anything.

I had this issue when I installed HP Tuners. There's a driver linked on this thread on the HPT forum with the right driver for Windows 7.

i saw that link and downloaded the folder to the desktop and then tried running VCM suite again and it is getting hung in the .NEt framework still. the wizard just shuts down right away.
can you explain what I need to do in more detail please.

ok I searched some more and Bill@HPTuners posted a DL with the 2.22 without the .NET requirement and the wizard downloaded. now im onto the second step.
I will keep this thread posted...lol

got it working now. thanks for the help. I ended up using those drivers you posted and it worked like a charm.
one last question. Can I delete the folder I DL into the desktop?

Yeah, since now that you installed the driver, the information needed isn't referenced from that folder anymore. I deleted mine and I haven't seen any problems.

what driver did you use i cant get the software to download either, it keeps saying i need the .net framework and i have tried downloading some off hp tuners web site but still no luck
