lifter and rocker selection

lifter and rocker selection im building a ls1 keeping the stock bottom end building the top end. i have a ms4 and prc 227s with 675 springs, i need to select lifters and rockers, wondering what would be sugested for strength and power ratio's and brands.. your opinion will be apreceated. thank you
