I am putting LE3 heads and cam and LS6 intake on stock ls1, will be getting tuned, what size injector should I run and can stock ones be rebuilt to do the job? hoping for 400-425hp to the wheels through an A4.

I would go with 42# injectors. That should be plenty and give you some room to grow if you add more power later.

I've been reading other threads and it seems injectors can become a problem based on brand, who would you recommend for a set of 42's

before I got my new motor and needed 100lb ers I had my 243 headed w cam only ls1 fitted with FIC resized stockers. They worked great and are less than 200.. many guys on here use them.. Tuning is easy because all I did was change the IRF.. Plus I passed emissions up here. Thats what I would do again.
