Default 3400 stall on a bolt on car

Too much?

I have intake exhaust now. soon longtubes, and a tune.

Still stock rear and all that nonsense.

How would a 3400 work out for me?

Throw some 3.73's in the rear along with it and turn your car into a whole new animal.

I had a Vigi 3200 in mine for years with bolts on, car ran great. I never got to run it with 3.73s though

Yeah I need gears.

I'm waiting on DR's for when I get new wheels.

what brand stall? it all depends on the brand and the quality. my recommendation is the Yank SS3600 but there are also many other great stalls out there

I've never had a better all-around converter than that one in any of my vehicles. I've found nothing that comes close to it for both performance and driveability anywhere near that stall range.
