I've had a couple sets, and my favorites are the BMRs with rubber body side bushings and poly axle side bushings. They make the least noise, and I can tell no loss in handling or performance over the poly/poly ones I used to have.

Ya might wanna try the search function. This topic has been covered numerous times in the Handling and Braking section.
Go to that section and hit the search key. Look for topics started that look like yours. Oh, and this is just my personal opinion, but two people seem to be the resident experts in the Handling and Braking section; Trackbird and MitchTX. If you see any posts by these two, read them carefully, they won't steer you wrong.
But my opinion on LCA's.
1.Depends on what you want to do with the car.
2.Depends on your wallet.
To answer 1. Auto X/ Road Race- LG Motorsports Drag Race - Spohn
the answer to number 2. Well that's something to ask yourself. There are numerous other companies that make items for these cars. Quoting MitchTX on this "Don't just settle for Good Enough"

BMR Tubular Chome-moly Poly/Rubber for me! I LOVE these things. They are affordable, reasonably light, and are strong as heck. The grese nipple allows you to easily keep the squeaking away. They transmit very little road noise into the interior. They were very easy to install, and they look very nice as well.

Another vote here for LGM.

And they have some pretty nice package deals there.

98Redta,
I know I've posted this here numerous times, but I think its a great primer for F-body suspension: http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/1701/bushings.htm
Much of the aftermarket hype is just that - hype. There are a bunch of mainstream companies and talented welders that will sell you stuff not based on sound design so it pays to do your own research and understand your own needs. You can start by typing in "LCA" in the Braking and Handling forum search and you'll find loads of information from good sources.
At the risk of being long-winded, if it were me, I would first understand WHY you want new LCA's. This involves having an idea of what you want to do with the car. For example, if you're only doing street driving then the stockers will work nicely.
Then I would look at suspension components that are of proven sound design and also meet your level of compromise. These would preferably come from a builder that can provide you with a "system" as opposed to just pieces-parts.
Finally, remember that saving a few bucks now may cost you as much or more in the long run.

My vote is for Spohn. Get the Chromemoly Adjustable Dual rod ends...unless you have an issue with road noise. I kinda like it. Call me crazy. Im just glad the arms themselves dont make noise like some of the poly LCA's ive heard. Sounds like they got two rabid mice gettin it on in the back seat..lol. Just do a search...you will get all the feedback on the different kinds/brands youll ever need to make your decision.
