Gauges/Fuse Help
Hi everyone,
So i have an autometer triple gauge piller in my car that was professionally installed by the previous owner. The Volt meter started acting funny so I disconnected it (loose connection). When I went to hook everything back up I must have brushed the wire up against something live and now my volt meter and water temp gauge are completely burnt out. The air/fuel gauge still works perfectly fine but the other gauges in the pillar do not light up and the needle doesnt move. Do you think I blew both the gauges or just a fuse? please let me know. Thanks!

Probably just a fuse. The question is... which one? Unless you know what circuit was tapped for power during the "professional installation", you'll just have to use a tester to test each fuse or replace each one with a known good fuse until you find the culprit.
