U need a new slave.. sorry man.

Trannys gotta come out, not too hard if u have the right tools.. best part of it is u don't have to pull the bell housing.. that top bolt is a bitch..

Try tightening the bleeder before you remove the transmission. The new stock slave is expensive for our cars. The list price is about $400, but you can find them for under $300 if you know where to get it. You might consider changing the clutch while you are in there. The LS7 clutch kit (including a new slave) is about $700 shipped.

Headers should have nothing to do with the bleeder. Generally they wont just loosen up but I have seen stranger things happen. Just but a wrench on the bleeder and if its tight, you need a slave.

Don't know about the slave but the clutch itself is usually not a warranty applicable item. (wear item). Good luck.

yeah the slave is covered but do you think that the fluid could have headed up from the headers and messed up the seal

No, the slave just go bad from time to time. I've had it happen a couple times. It sucks.

Perhaps your transmission got jealous that you gave the motor the upgrade so it killed the slave. Now you can give it a new clutch package! j/k Sorry that happened man, sucks having to fix something that isn't for performance.
