Idles high for 15 second every time i put it in neutral. help?

Idles high for 15 second every time i put it in neutral. help?

ive got a 97 t/a and every time i put it in nutural comeing out of any gear or any speed and even when im stoped it will idle at about 2000 rpm for about 15-30 seconds then it will die down. ive already cleand the throtle body out and it wont stop. any suggestions??????

You need to monitor your IAC counts and have the PCM scanned for codes. Also check for vacuum leaks prior to the throttle body.

After I cleaned my TB I screwed up my IAC, it would idle at 2000+ rpm but after a few hours of driving it would die down. Your's could be on the out, or vacuum leak.
