Default 1997 Camaro Fuel Pump

My brothers 97 Camaro won't start and I suspect the fuel pump is the problem. I pulled the fuel line off the filter and tried to start the car and no fuel came out. I also can't hear any priming from the pump when I turn the key to on.

Is there anything other than a bad pump that would cause the fuel pump to not work? Also, I ordered a racetronix pump from ws6store as a replacement, is this a good replacement for a daily driver?

Thanks in advance, I don't have much experience with LT1's.

Just put a fuel pressure gauge and look to see if you have fuel pressure.

If you got the walbro 255 pump should be fine, they work great.

walbro 255...good for up to 600N/A HP.

Speed tweekerz has them for $105 shipped right now, great price, great company to deal with.

Also, pick up a hotwire kit from racetronix and ditch the junk factory wiring. They're like $60.
