Default Gains from stock 243's on my combo??

Ok so what kind of rwhp gain can i expect from stock untouched 243 heads on my combo? Or should i sell these and get aftermarket heads, and if so, how much of a gain could i expect from those?
here is my combo:

ls6 intake, ported t/body, pacesetter longtubes, custom cam .610 .617 223/231 112 lsa. dyno tuned.

this car is mostly a dd but does see a bit of track time too. the labor is free so im not opposed to throwing the 243s on now for around 20 rwhp or so, but if its any less than that, i may sell them or have them ported.

If you're swapping heads (especially on a cammed motor) it really is worth just getting them P&P'd. You're gonna do it eventually, just do it now.
