Default Thinking About Powdercoating My FM10s...

so ive decided to keep my $300 Fikse FM10s (just dropped 250 to get the rears to 9" but its no different than my ruffs) and im thinking about powdercoating them... ive got a few different ideas but i dont know which to choose
i was thinking either...
all black centers with polished lip (cheapest)
completely black everything
black face but the side of the spokes polished or clear
the face cleared or polished and the side of the spokes black

any opinions?

my car is a satin black trans am for reference

My vote would be for Matte spokes with Silver or Polished lip. Are you keeping the car Matte?

yup the car is staying matte. its hot rod flatz so the quality is pretty damn good

here is an example. top half is the black face, regular sides: bottom is black sides regular face

well one of the faces the clearcoat is messed up so that might be whats taking me towards doing the face black but they would clean it up and put a clear on it since they have to scuff it up anyways to paint them
i just dont know how hard it would be to tape them up to just do the sides

You could make the lips gloss black, matte black face, polished edges. The gloss black would make them pop.

Damn that's a lot of work haha. One question what would be better powdercoat or paint? Since they are aluminum and the backside has threads for the bolts I'm a little worried about the powdercoat

Either way would look good. Did you see "Trusts" black T/A with the solid black 10s? It looked pretty sick.

I have a feeling that is pretty standard.

PLEASE DO BLACK CENTERS WITH POLISHED LIP.

No poll required.

Another vote for black centers and polished lip! and $50 a wheel is a good price... i asked a powdercoating place how much they wanted to powder coat a rim and they said $100 a rim.
