Default After Intake Gasket car won't start

Just finished putting together the car after the intake gasket swap.

And the car won't start and almost seems like it has no spark put a little bit of starting fluid in the TB and still nothing I'm lost where should I start with it??

can we assume you put the opti harness back on? check for disconnected or pinched wires

Didn't seem that I took anything off that went to the Opti but only thing disconnected is the Emissions stuff

i have always had to disconnect everything thats routed over the engine on an intake gasket R&R so...check wiring and fuses

All the wiring looks good no SES light or anything this is just so puzzling :/

If it doesn't run, the check engine light should be on whenever the key is on. Maybe you blew an EFI fuse or something?

its going to be wiring or fuel related ..ran fine before

It was wiring the Opti harness plug was just SLIGHTLY out. plugged it in ran like a top thanks for the help !!
