What bracket is this? (pic included)

Hey guys just putting back everything together on my 94 camaro z28 and cannot figure out what this bracket is for. Heres a pic

It looks like a bracket that bolts on the end of the gm intake manifold to pull the engine out.( ENGINE LIFT HOOK BRACKET)
