Default 243 head question

Do they have the same accessory threads etc for the power steering pump and whatever else mounts to them as my stock 99 LS1 853 heads?
Are 243's LS6 heads?

Dont forget to switch over the rear passenger side plug and front driver side sensor to your new ls6 heads.

Any difference in internal flow design or design improvements with say an earlier 243 head and a 2010 silverado 243 head?

Do the truck 243 heads and car 243 heads have the same accessory thread locations (power steering pump, dipstick bolt, etc)?

Yes everything is the same, all bolts and ports. Improvements from earlier head to late heads, I woudnt think so unless they have a different name to it.
