It really depends what you are looking for out of the car and the cam. Are you looking for a big lopey cam, or something with some more midrange and low end? Is your car auto or manual? What kind of car is it? Give us some more information and it would be a bit easier to help you out.

Looking for something alittle more lopey car has a can in it now and loped pretty good with the stock heads but now seems like it hardly does. Car is a manual 2000 camaro ss and trying to debate if it would be worth time and money to even change it

Hmmm, I would expect that cam to lope pretty hard just looking at the specs. Usually 111 LSA cams have a noticeable idle. Do you already have the heads? If so were they milled? We do have a couple cams that are a bit larger but I would want to make sure you have enough clearance for them.

No the heads are not milled. And yes I don't understand why it loped hard with stock heads and now it hardly does after I put the heads on. Only other thing I changed was put a flowmaster exhaust on it would that have anything to do with it cause I heard they suck and I can't think of any reason it changed so much

Off the shelf a 228R, Futral F10/11 are good choices. All depends on what you want to do with your car as John Janz said. DD, auto cross, drag!? Personally I am going with a F10 when the money is available.
