Default Tap shift conversion

What would I need to put the Grand Prix GXP tap shift setup to my Monte Carlo SS? I know they both have the 4t65e hd transmission, what parts do I need to purchase in addition to the tap shifter assembly itself?

At least the TCM and I'm sure there's more to it.

I'm pretty sure the center console is different too... I just don't want to run into any surprises. Anyone know if the linkage is the same?

The valve body is different for tap shift. I don't think anyone has swapped it into a ISS/MCSS. Not sure if it's worth the cost.

It's fun to have but I don't think the ends justify the means.

CenTexSS is correct, the valve body is different, and I also believe there's an extra harness that goes from the PCM/TCM, too.

You'd probably be better off just leaving it alone and using the stock shifter to toggle gears, or just buy a GXP.
