Going from cam only to H/C/I and have questions
Right now I have a stock bottom end 355 with forged pistons, a COMP XFI280 cam, stock intake, 52mm tb, SVO redtops, Walbro 255 in-tank.
I am planning to do heads soon. I haven't decided what heads I am going to do, but they will be some form of ported stockers (LE, AI, etc.) and possibly a ported intake as well. I'm keeping the XFI280 cam. Will the 52mm tb and SVO red tops be sufficient, or will I need to step up to a 58mm and green tops? Keep in mind I also have a wet shot.

Red tops are 30#, correct? If so, they should be fine with H/C and you 52mm tb should be fine too. FWIW, my car didn't pick up anything when I was H/C by going from a stock tb to a 58mm. As for the n2o, since its a wet shot, you good as long as your fuel pump can keep up.

CHS= Cylinder Head Specialties in Wellington, KS. I've had two sets from here, my current set are ported stock castings set-up for my solid roller valvetrain, flow 290/201 cfm @ .650, flowed on a 4.00 bore with no pipe on the exhaust at 28" h2o.

Yes, 255 in-tank. Any reason to upgrade to the twin in-tank? I wanted to get those LE2 from you but I didn't have the money for them. I have a Nitrous Works plate kit, and I'm throwing 175 at it.

I dont think his website works any more, so if you want I can PM you with the phone number.
Clint (T/ALT1 screen name on this site) has a set of LE3s that he's trying to sell....might shoot him a pm for a price....

Yeah, if you could shoot me a pm with the # that would be cool. My pistons are supposed to be flat tops (-5cc). Basically they look like the stock pistons, with the 4 valve reliefs. Would LE3 work? Don't those have big valves? Worried about valve clearance
