LT1-LT4 Modifications - What is a safe Rev Limiter Setting 4 me?

Just finished my LT4 hot cam install. Still need to do the PCM. What should my rev limiter be set at? It's at 6k now. Thinking maybe 6300-6400? See Sig for details

6300 should be sufficient.

Mine was done well before 6300, 6300 should be great. Enjoy the cam.

Thanks guys! Ya, cam sounds good. No tune yet so I assume it might sound a little different after tune! Dont wanna get too crazy with the car because it was my moms and she left it to me when she passed away.

i would go 6300 at the most. i have mine at i think 6000 and its enough for me. It should sound choppier once you get the tune. atleast mine does idk....

You need to shift at 6400-6500, mine is set at 6400 with the stock cam. Lower is safer but will hinder your track times. They never had rev limiters till they came out with EFI.

6300rpm for a ball park, but i would let the tuner decide
