Anybody run 275/40s other than Falkens?

Or would it be better to just get them? Just about time for new tires.
Sorry for the double, but opinions on these?

I'm not running them, but I know a lot of the vette guys are saying good things about the General Exclaims. Heard if from more than one guy. I might give them a try when it's time to replace.

The Hankook V12's I didn't like much. I had 'em in 245/45. They were decent on traction until I got under 6/32nds, then I spun anywhere I went WOT in 1st gear, and I wasn't very modded. I had the General Exclaims on my Sentra, and they were ok, but wore out fast. My brother also runs the V12's on his 360whp G8GT, and traction is non existent on the street under 50mph, 1st and 2nd gear. He was able to pull a 1.9 60 foot on 'em on a very well prepped track, still spun in 2nd though.
I'd recommend the Continental ExtremeContact DWS. I don't have personal experience, but I have a few friends that have them and absolutely love 'em. And all the reviews on 'em are stellar.
Also the Bridgestone Potenza RE760's are a great tire. I've read they wear pretty good, and deliver outstanding performance. They were on my short list for tires before I got rid of the Impala. These and the Conti's only drawback is price.
That or the Sumitomo HTR Z III. They're cheaper, and I've read a lot of good things about 'em.
All three are available in 275/40/18.

Gah, thanks David, I'll just order all of them, lol.
Nevermind, just read it, Hankooks it is. Ready for March, I had some alignment issues and my Falkens are looking rough.
EDIT: But the Kuhmos were better for AutoX, awful in the wet, though.

All in all I couldn't be more happier. I have a bunch of 0-60mph runs posted around here somewhere. Tires were putting me into constant 5.0's. My best time ever was a 4.93! I used my dashhawk to record my times and if I was able to extend my shift points another 200 rpm I'm sure I would have done much better.

DashHawk is VERY inaccurate, I could pull consistant sub-5 0-60 with just a CAI and exhaust. Think my 'best' was 4.6, the G8 got 4.1, before, lol.
I'm still leaning towards the Hankooks.

A little late to this but, I have the Nitto Invo's on my car (255/45/18) and what a difference. The grip from these tires is amazing. Before these I had the GY eagle F1 supercar. Same size, and they only lasted about 17k miles. Not expecting the Nitto's to last longer, but they're smoother, quieter and the grip is ludicrous. Not sure how they handle the rain, I will find out tomorrow.
