Default Pac controller help me I'm at the end of my rope

I bought a pac controller from another member . He said it was working when he pulled it out . I don't know where the pink or green wire goes . The black wire is plugged into the back of the deck .

I have an 02 ta , Will all the buttons work ? Because I thought about paying some one to do it but every store I talked to wants like $80
