This product is 100% made in the USA, and includes all new 304 stainless hardware including the fulcrum shoulder bolt to prevent any kind of rust or surface finish deteriating. This comes with a billet 6061 aluminum pulley that is clear anodized for durability, with interference fit bearing retained with a C-clip which is sealed and replaceable.

How does this differ from the setup procharger sells you with their setup (8 rib) or does this add to the procharger setup. I'll be pushing about 16 lbs on my d-1 will this eliminate belt slip with that much boost?

This is a 6 rib pulley, but you can also order the tensioner without a pulley. I don't believe this will work with the procharger set up without modification.
