well recently my 5th gear went out like when i try and put it in gear itl just grind and wont go in. and when it use to it would go in but i could pull it out of gear without using the clutch and idn should i just buy a used t56 if so could i trade mine in or something so i wouldnt have to pay full price?

It sounds like you've broken a 5/6 key or the fork is bent and the pads are completely gone. You aren't that far from us. Get it out of the car and bring it down. We will pop it open, inspect everything right there in front of you and let you know what needs to be fixed. Here is a link to get to us. Let me know if you have any more questions.
