I am really wanting to learn how to tune, fast, bs3, and hp tuners. Are there any classes in the area?

You'll probably have to travel at least a little bit to find a good class. There aren't that many people who teach this stuff and it's not feasible to expect a class in everyone's home town. Do your homework and research good efi training classes and you'll probably find that they're worth the travel once you're there.

Alternatively, there are a bunch of books, DVDs or other home learning materials out there that can get you a good jump start on the learning before you travel.
