Default Anyone on here live in the Little Elm area?

Me and the wife are house hunting in Texas and so far were leaning towards Little Elm. Anyone on here live around those parts and have any input?

I've got friends who live there, they like it. It's all relatively new development and it's cheap.

It's a very nice area. Nice newer homes, not too expensive, and no crime. So yes, it would be a very nice place to live.

The houses there are in our price range and within the area we wanted to live. Im originally from flower mound but that area has grown out of our price range. Im planning on going to nctc then later trasnferring to UNT.

I've lived in a house by the lake in Little Elm for the past year or so and love it. Great being so close to the water in the summe time and houses are DIRT CHEAP right now. Still a developing community so lots of road construction and the one lane roads can get annoying, otherwise its great. Really good for starting a family too.

I live in Little Elm. Love it. Our house would cost 30K more if it was 10 minutes East in Frisco. Little town feel still, but close enough to EVERYTHING. Love it here. Call me sometime if you want to really discuss it. Been here for 4 years.

my STi tuner lives there - been there twice.

nice and quiet - nice communities, but i think there is still construction going on around there, apparently from the city expanding.

nice place - i'd live there if i wasn't already in Houston.
