Negative Trader Feedback - SweetRide98 refuses to refund

Apparently he shipped the item after it was paid for on paypal. He sent me a confirmation number that is still saying the usps waiting for the item to dropped off. I have contacted this person about not getting the item and he said the post office must have lost it. He attempted to refund my money but the bank refused it. I put a claim in on paypal. he told me that he is waiting on selling some more stuff to pay me. Then he said he is gonna buy some pre payed paypal money and deposit that. this has never happened. I think he never had an intention of selling the item to begin with. I submitted a dispute in paypal and I hope I get my money back one day!

If he has a confirmation number from the USPS, you wont get your money back. Ask me how I know......:bang:

Wow, congrats. Now that's a seller that keeps his words and comes thru. Wish we could see more examples like this seller which they come thru.

Did paypal refund your money from the dispute or did the seller refund it?

Paypal refunded it to me after I called them. The seller WAS and still IS a dirtbag and I would like to meet him!

FWIW... I've bought items from Christopher and he was great to deal with - he met my father half way (30 min drive for him I believe) to exchange money for parts.
