Default Head/Engine specs

I am curious about LQ4, LS1, LS3.....etc heads. I am looking for info such as flow characteristics what they cam of off(vehicle and displacement) I have been trying to figure this out, but am not sure really how to search. I am really looking to find a better head than my stock ls1 heads. I would like to buy a set of heads to take to the machine shop to have a valve job done and have my comp 918's and titanium pieces put in instead of just using my stockers. I have seen a bunch of numbers like 281 heads. I am familiar with heads from gen I sbc. When I hear casting numbers for ls series motors I have no clue. Thanks for the help in advance, I am sure there are people in here that can answer this in a few minutes!

You can search for the castings numbers. For example, here is some discussion on the 243s/799s which are a popular upgrade over 241s and other castings.

241-ls1
799-?
243-?
And really have no idea what others there are. I have searched and have been scraping the surface but really cant understand what goes with what. I can look the specs up but am not even sure what to look up or search for.

LS1 heads include 806s, 853s, or 241s depending on the year.
