How much hp can a stock ls1 fuel pump handle? I have an lq9 with mild head work, and an ms4 cam. will the stock lq9 injectors work, and will they work on an ls1 intake? what power will they handle?

450 is thought to be about the limit, although some here have gone higher.

I dynoed 403 rwhp on stock pump/ injectors.
fast 92/ 42lbs injectors... 424 hp
added heads 451 rwhp on stock pump.
sprayed a 75 wet shot ran a 10.2 vs 10.5 on motor, so it only seemed to gain me 40ish hp on the 75 hit
I never dynoed it on the spray, but i'm sure my pump is well beyond maxed out.
Do yourself a favor, anything over 400rwhp get an aftermarket pump, they are cheap!!! racetronics kit is ordered for my car, I've read a few times where you could pick up power from better atomization after the new pump is in.. maybe the higher pressure helps the spray pattern.
I would say 400hp is the safe limit, but why skimp on a good pump. I think the 255 inline pump is only $120, an f-body kit with the hot wire harness is $200.
