I have checked with GM and they say I do in fact have the block heater "code" coming up with my vin although they could not even tell me where it was located. I have looked in the engine bay and do not see it.

Where is the block heater located on a GXP?

I tried to revive an old thread that had bits and pieces about them but did not receive any answers, so why not have a dedicated thread just for the heater to put in the archives!
