Default High Mileage or reg dextron III T56?

Ive got a T56 in my 04 GTO with about 100,000 miles on it. After having a few clutch issues im going to be replacing the slave cylinder, pilot bearing, and look over and re-set my ls7 pp. Ive decided to also do a transmission fluid change at same time. It has reg Dex 3 in there now. Would the Valvoline high mileage dex 3 be better since the mileage? I really don't have any problem putting the reg Dex 3 in it but was just wondering. Thanks

Reg DexIII.. The thinner high mileage blends are for automatics/clutch packs and won't have the same behavior as a high mileage manual trans.
