Default Where to order Custom Torq Thrusts II's?

I'v been search but can't figure out where to order Custom Torq Thrusts from, I'm ordering my MWC 9" soon and want to order it narrowed 2 1/2" on each side.
I want to stay with torq thrusts, i have seen a few threads with deep dish TT2's but it seems they ordered them through Tomz. Where else can i order these from? looking for 17x11 with the backspacing for the narrowed rear.
On another note what would be a good price to ask for my current stock backspaced 17x11 torq thrust II's? They are like new and have no blemishes.

Discount tire is probably going to be the only "house hold" name where you can order them from. You wont be able to get in touch with AR directly, since they were bought out they only deal with retailers and not the public

from my knowledge...no. don't quote me 100% on that though, but I still think there is a clearance problem on the back side of the wheel. small spacers might work though.
