Guys I'm proud to announce that Weld has now finished up the RT-S series wheels for the 2010 Camaros. We test fit the production version yesterday & I have to say these things are absolutely awesome! I also have to say I'm pumped up about how much cheaper these things are than the other drag wheel combos out there!

We've got a intro special going for all of you guys right now & even have black face & polished face wheels in stock!! :) :)

The wheels on our shop L99 car are the polished version, but we also have a black face option as well! The car in the pics have Hoosier 28" rears & M&H front 28" skinnies! This car lost 130# from swapping the GM 21" wheels to these Welds! If memory serves me correctly the fronts were 32# & the rears were 45#!

RT-S Rear Wheel with 295/45/17 Mickey ET Radial @ 54.2 lbs with lugs

That's 13.2 pounds rotating mass per rear wheel saved, the fronts will be much more. Not too shabby considering it's much wider rubber, and the weight is MUCH more centrally located then the stock monstrosities. Shame I cant run 15s, but these HUGE brakes... LOL

Z06 brakes on another vehicle, or on the Z06? They do make them for the C6 Z06's and ZR1's!

Z06 brakes on another vehicle.....As long as they fit over the Z06 brakes they can make them in any backspacing/offset correct?

They can make them how you want, but Weld, not Texas Speed, can guarantee the fitment of "custom" sized wheels that they have not tested at their facility! If you ordered a custom backspacing and such, and it didn't work, they won't take them back.

Received my new weld wheels yesterday and they look great. Just a heads up to those waiting on them, the stock lugnuts are to big in diameter to fit these. Pepboys has some mcgard ones that fit. Also you need a 7/8 thinwall socket.

DOH!!! I guess I had better measure correctly then and hope I get it right...If they know what the wheel's pad height needs to be for a certain brake application then I'm sure they would get that part right. And since the distance from the hub mounting flange to the outside edge of the caliper doesn't change the only thing changing is the backspacing/offset correct?? So if I know the backspacing/offset I need for any given wheel width then I should be fine....Am I wrong??

Honestly, I'd call Weld and pick their brains on that one. Your logic makes some sense to me, but I don't want to tell you yes or no on that without hearing it from them.

On our auto car, we were cutting 1.6x 60's, but that was completely stock suspension and basically stock weight. We're looking for better next time out after some suspensions upgrades!

don't buy these wheels if your car is lowered. they will rub the lower control arm.

You referring to the 17"s or the welds in general with lowered cars?
