Default lq4 /ls3 heads cam selection

I am putting together an lq4 for my 68 camaro, complete with a 4l80e and highway gears. The goal is to have a great daily driven car with as much power as practical. I do not want poor idle, I would prefer it to have a smooth idle at 600-800 rpm.
Engine will have ls3 heads, ls3 intake from a 2010 camaro ss with the big 42lb injectors, and dynatech LT headers dumping into my flownasters.
If I had to pick drivability over power, I'll take drivability.
That said, what do you guys think of the following camaro choice:
comp cams custom ground 214@ .050 .600" lift on intake, 224 @.050 .600 lift on exhaust, both xfi lobes, 114 lsa.
I am coming from a carbureted SBC 383 that was very tempermental, so I'm sick of poor idle quality, etc. I don't want bucking, surging, or stalling, just a car I can turn the key and go.
