Where do i start looking. The problem is the hesitation from a dead dig. Drop her in first hammer on it and it falls on its face. Then picks up shifts into second and wants to spin tires. Mid way through the rpm ranges it starts to i guess (sputter) and then its fine. There are no vacuum leaks (sprayed starting fluid all around intake ect). What do you guys think?

DTC 16 means you either need a new opti or you have a bad connection between the opti and the PCM, explains all your symptoms.
