Yea its going to be a learning curve for you with those gears and converter on nittos, You might have to feather it out the hole and then get on it hard , its trail and error to see what works best for you.

I run the smaller 2800 stall with 342s and i cannot launch full throttle on my nittos, my best launches are usually around 1800rpm about 3/4 throttle then once i get the bite and rolling alittle it to the boards with the pedal.

You have a few things against you with the 373 gears and the sportline springs, you need to have relocation brackets on your car , especially if its lowered. The will help you bite out the gate better, I would recommend lower control arms and relocation brackets , that will help you somewhat , but I really think with 373s and a 3500 converter you are gonna need better tires, (slicks)
