The TB is not going to make a huge difference. If you don't have headers yet, spend your money there first. If you do, I'd save up for a cam swap.

I have headers just put some long tubes.. My engine has 185k just waiting for it to go... I think it would be a waste of time for me to do a cam swap with that many miles I'm looking for a 6.0 so I can build that.. I have money just haven't found the engine heads or can that I want yet... I need a tune but I'm just going to wait for it all to be put in then take it to Cms....

I say just run it as is until you get your new 6.0 engine. Then buy a nice mid range 230's cam (or bigger if you prefer) and some ported LS6 heads. Pretty much a cookie cutter build, but it's affordable and works very well. Then when you can afford it, get a FAST 90/90 (or larger). You should be in the mid 400's rwhp when it's all said and done.

Once you have heads and cam, it's pretty much your last option. You could see ~20rwhp. That's not bad if you buy a used set up for a good price.
