Default 4L80E into F-body-- What OEM yr and model needed?

I wanna swap a 4L80E into my 01 TA... so which factory OEM made 4L80E would be a the closest to direct swap? Meaning yr and make of vehicle it was originally in. Also what all would be needed to swap to the
4L80E? I know it uses a different flex plate and of course torque converter, anything else? Also does anyone know what the holding capacity is on the factory OEM 4L80E? Thanks guys

There's a good thread about swap in the stickies. Would like to know about power rating myself.

Any info on what parts can be upgraded, or what mods can be done by inexperienced shop?
