For a 2000 LS1, do the a/t and m/t use the same pcm and os? thanks

They would use a differant tranny segment
09365896 PCM

16264189 Tran cal Automatic

The engine cal segments end up being different between them as well. Most of it is airflow related, but still..

Thanks for the replies. I'm learning just enough to be dangerous. I'm actually using a compushift, but the PCM came from an a/t and was previously tuned by the previous owner for an a/t. Right now, I'm getting about 6 trans related codes. I have hp tuners, so I assume I can turn the codes off, but I'm really sure what to do about the tuning. Another problem is I see no way for the pcm to know what gear the tranny is in. Any suggestions? thanks
