Cool Well it's Back on the Market!!!!!!!!!

Put my house back on the market and it's about the season to buy houses. I am getting married in April so I hope to have this thing moved before then.

Got a much better Realtor and I think we are alot better priced now for a quick sell. $120k

Here is the listing let me know what you think!

Thats a lot more house than you can get for 120K here in Mid MI, I am surprised. Looks to be in great shape - good luck with the sale!

We have out on the market also. I just hope the market is better for both of us. I need to get closer to the Clear Lake area to be closer to work. I had my house in Dickinson on the market for 2 years before it sold. I sure hope that my wifes house doesn't take that long.

Here is her listing

http://search.har.com/engine/6719-Cy...HAR3284004.htm

You live far enough away for us not be competeing against each other for a sale.

gives me hope that i may be able to get out of the Military, find a job (looking in Houston and DFW), and still be able to afford to buy a house. i bought one here in Abilene, but is 600 sq ft smaller and 1 story, haha.

GLWS...nice house and nice area.

That would run you 200k plus where I live. Can't believe how cheap real estate is where you live. 120k here gets you a dump or a decent 1200sq ft townhouse with no garage.

Cookie cutter yup. Compare to the standard and it's all considered ""upgrades"" and extra $$$$ also depends on builders.

I really liked my house cause of it's inside Ledges etc.

I will be going to 4bed 3bath 3 car garage 2800sq+
