Default Torque specs for front timing cover?

Guys what is the torque specs for the front timing chain cover on my ls1? Is it 18ft/lbs?

Yes it is, I just did mine yesterday, do the oil pan to front cover bolts first.

I didnt do that, I did those last. Is that gonna be a problem?
