Default Here goes a cam question?

So I am currently looking at 5 different cams from Texas Speed & Perf, and can not decide which one to go with. If anyone has used these please let me know your results and how well they work. My t/a has LT's, intake, p&p throttle body, and will have a rebuilt set of heads going on it along with all new internals when i drop the cam in. So cams I am looking at-
TS 220/220 .581/.581 - 112LSA
TS 224/224 .566/.566 - 114LSA
TS 224/224 .581/.581 - 112LSA (This is what im leaning towards)
TS 228/228 .588/.588 - 112LSA
TS 232/234 .595/.598 - 112LSA
Im not a drag racer by any means, i want something with good low end torque and a good idle sound

out of those choices i would choose the last one. It looks like the Torquer 2. I have never rode in a cammed car, and my cam is a 230 duration cam. It drives so much like stock. I honestly wish i should have gone a bit bigger. So i would suggest that 232/234. Good size for something as a daily driver fun little street car.

I just installed the TSP 228R in my Z06 and love it. Runs very strong and sounds great and has good drivability.

I second that suggestion. The torquer2 is a great cam. Drives very nice for a decent sized cam and pulls HARD all the way to the redline. I made 448hp/393tq @ 6k with stock casting dart 205's (don't flow any better than ported 243's) and stock bottom end.

Is it a stick car or auto? Let me know and we can recommend you something to work with your application.

My t/a has the following mods. CAI through the raptor hood, p&p MAF, p&p TB, pacesetter LT's, TSP true duel exhaust, stage 2 clutch and trans. When i pull the motor apart for the rebuild its getting new bearings, piston rings, ARP rod bolts, double timing chain, cam, p&p heads, new lifters, pushrods, springs, valves, and the trunion upgrade on the stocker rockers. Then all new gaskets / seals through the whole motor.
