Default injectors not firing due to ????? opti???

My car ran great, all the sudden started missing real bad so I pulled it in my shop shut it off and had code 16. reset the code and it would not start. pulled the delphi opti with 2k miles. installed a autozone reman that I've got a lifetime warranty on. hooked all up still no start. I've got spark to my plugs, and I'm getting the 4v to the white wire on my icm. also swapped icm and coil(spare). the opti harness tests out ok but my injectors are not getting any pulse. could I have gotten a bad opti or indexed it wrong????????? maybee my ignition? it was acting funny a couple weeks ago any ideas????

Check your fuses, for the injectors should be a 15a i think? Mine car did same crap it was a fuse? Try that and see what happens!

Are you getting pulse from any injectors? They run on two fuses as I found out. If it is the opti it should be easy to see if you unplug the harness to the opti you can plug it into another opti then you can turn it by hand you will hear the injectors pulse. You just need to have the car in the on position. You may also want to check the fuel pressure!

I've checked the fuses, I did not find any bad ones but I'll check again. It seems my injectors fire one cycle then are cut off. I've done the test for the opti I'm wondering if my ignition lock is bad, I did just install a shift light and was messing around the column

I had a similar issue in my 96 formula. To this day I don't know what the problem is (probably alarm/bcm related). I bypassed it by hard-wiring the injectors to a key-on power source. Been dailying the car ever since

It has a red light on the dash, I've always thought it was a old alarm a previous owner installed.
